Shipping
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering.
- We will attempt to dispatch goods within Australia within 24 hours of order being received or the next business day.
- A flat rate of $8.50 postage is charged on all Australian orders*
- International postage is charged at a flat rate of $25
- Any orders over $150 are posted free of charge*
- Orders are shipped via Australia Post
- In most cases orders will be received within 1-2 business days of shipping. Bulky items or deliveries to remote locations may take longer.
Please Note: *Larger items are measured on the cubic weight and may incur an extra fee. If an extra fee is payable we will contact you to confirm payment before your order is dispatched. You will then have the option of changing or cancelling your order.
